We wanted to make a pilsner worthy of Watsonville—for everyone, from the fields to the offices.
Named for our local airport’s WVI identifier, Watsonville Pilsner brings together Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, yeast from Berkeley Yeast Labs, and traditional noble hops. It honors the classic pilsner while offering something of its own: a refreshing beer with a medium body and real character.

The Story
Sweet Buzz began with batch #15 of our homebrewing days and a text from Chuck: he wanted a mango beer. We built a recipe and added honey—but the name wouldn’t come together.
Then Angel rode past on his scooter and yelled, “Sweet Buzz!” We looked at each other. That was it.
Today, that family moment lives in a Triple IPA made for you, with unmistakable mango and sweet honey balanced just right. A little of our beginnings, shared in your glass.
