MEET
WVI.
Watsonville in the name. A golden pilsner in the glass. Follow the pour, then get to know the beer.
Golden.
Carbonated.
Alive.
Brilliant, clear golden beer. Scroll down when the whole glass is visible; scroll back up and the pour reverses.
Then the story returns.
We wanted to make a pilsner worthy of Watsonville—for everyone, from the fields to the offices.
Named for our local airport’s WVI identifier, Watsonville Pilsner brings together Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, yeast from Berkeley Yeast Labs, and traditional noble hops. It honors the classic pilsner while offering something of its own: a refreshing beer with a medium body and real character.
Come enjoy a pint made for the people who make Watsonville what it is.
NOW GO DRINK IT.
The digital pour ends by sending you to the real WVI.
