We wanted to make a pilsner worthy of Watsonville—for everyone, from the fields to the offices.
Named for our local airport’s WVI identifier, Watsonville Pilsner brings together Feldblume malt from Admiral Maltings in Alameda, yeast from Berkeley Yeast Labs, and traditional noble hops. It honors the classic pilsner while offering something of its own: a refreshing beer with a medium body and real character.

Before there was Buena Vista, there were brewing friends helping us get started. 4Eyes provided essential homebrewing equipment that helped launch our journey, and we’ve stayed close ever since. For our fifth anniversary in 2024, we teamed up to bring you a rice lager we’d always loved.
Crisp, with a dry finish, this is a beer for your seafood plate—from salmon, mahi-mahi, and tuna to camarones a la diabla. Our favorite pairing? Baja fish tacos.
